Blowing heavy white smoke from the tailpipe when it warms up, losing coolant but don't see leaks and after running for a few minutes I take the coolant cap off and its smoking in the reservoir and smells like gas, and the oil on the dip stick and cap are creamy color. Head gasket or turbo related?

These are the classic symptoms of a leaking cylinder head gasket. Your mechanic can perform a chemical test at the radiator to verify that. The test only takes a minute or two.
