cooling fan stays on as soon as turn ignition on then it stays on.

As soon as the ignition is switched on the cooling fan kick in and does not go off unless you unplug the main relay supply then it resets and stays off until you switch back on, as if it is retaining itself.

Try switching the relay with another with the same part number.
