I am trying to install a passenger side signal light on the front passenger side of my 1998 vw passat. I got the new light but not sure how to install. I had some repair done on the car after an accident and now trying to put the light in. In the box I got a white plastic ring, a spring and the light.
Thanks,
diane

Diane, That is good.

If you look where the light was located, you will see the light socket. Pull it through the hol on the fender to replace the bulb. Once it is in, reinstall it in the light assembly. The light assembly should hing and then the spring retains it on the car.
