When I turn my steering wheel either way when the car is at a stand still it shakes and makes a loud high pitched noise? Well it just started doing this the other day because I was entering a parking lot and didn't notice after the entrance there was a big out dip so I sort of bottomed out the front end. Okay I really bottomed out the front end and now it shakes and a loud high pitched noise comes when I turn my steering wheel either way. Though it only does it while the car is not moving. When I am driving down the road it seems to be okay and when I am turning and putting gas on the peddle it seems to be okay.

Have the steering checked for damage, I think that the steering rack may be damaged.

Check the power steering pump belt. It could be loose and slipping causing the juddering wand high pitched noise.
