Computer trouble codes. Gasoline or Diesel? The codes will either be a 4-character alphanumeric with a standard scantool or a 5-digit code with the VW VAG tool.

No trouble code - fault sucsees clear - not 3rd gear but 2 gear not to move to 3rd gear...please advice..thanks

I has already overhaul transmission - piston kit all new - solenoid all new -wiring harness solenoid its new - drum clutch (K1-K2-K3) all new....but 2 gear not to move to 3 gear transmission....please advice.....thank you

Something either wasn't put back together properly or wires were crossed during reinstallation.

Also make sure you used the proper type and quantity of fluid.
