i am trying to add power to my toyota t100 and i was wondering if adding a k&n cold air intake system would help i currently have a flat k&n filter in the oem box. or would adding headers produce more power I have an aftermarket exhaust. any tips for adding power besides that?

We only deal with the original equipment repairs. A cold air intake may help a little, but I don't think you will feel a difference. As far as the headers, they usually add about 25 horsepower to the engine.
