Throwing code P1715 "Rear wheel sensor circuit malfunction". What needs replaced?

Had engine replaced, Has no speed sensor on rear axle, no wheel sensors, just 2 trans solenoids that can be seen through the left front wheel area. One is a pair connected by a single wire, the other is a single solenoid. Which one need replaced??

Do you have a multi meter to do some testing?

Yes, I have a multi meter. It seems like the dual solenoids control the speedometer, but don't know how to test them to see which one controls the rear wheel sensor circuit?
