what is the cause of the problem?

Hi,
I am seeking help on my auto car, a sedan japan made. The problem happens only when firstly started and the engine vibrates and fuel smell/odour concentrated from the engine. when it has reached its normal operating temperature, fuel smell and vibrations stops.
I want to carry out the repair myself, however, I do not know where do I have to start my repair work.
I am looking forward for your assistance.

You're going to have to find the problem before you can repair it and that seems unlikely so you may need the car diagnosed by a professional first.
