how can reset engine timing

respected sir,i had open timing change and now i forgot to reset the timing of engine if u have any vidoe to help me out plz suggest that too,

Get a repair manual -Put engine no.1 piston on its compression stroke/TDC make sure both valves on cyl no.1 is closed and not rocking and then align the cam and crank to its markings as indicated in the repair manual
