The fan won't run, I practically change everything on the coolant system from thermostat to coolant Temp Switch, It work for a week and then the fan stop working, again, what else could a be?

check items in pics first you can switch like relays to do a quick test. then check to see if relays are making good contact in fuse box or are corroded clean corrosion where you can and use dielectric compound on them.
