the celica is a 1.8 st. uneven and high idle speed, bad surging at low speeds. I had the diagnostic result saying "air bypass idle valve from ecu" this has been replaced but made no difference. is it possible it is the actual ecu or hopefully something simpler/cheaper? it's doing my head in as the car's been fine up to now.
