My toyota's steering wheel is hard and won't turn. It's not the ignition because the car does start and it does change gears but the wheel is stiff and won't turn I don't know what's wrong with it and I really need the car to get to work today. Please help

if p/s check for worn belt and tensioner otherwise have front end suspension checked.
