FUEL STARTING PROBLEMS, WOULD JUST LIKE TO KNOW WHERE "CIRCUIT OPENING RELAY" IS LOCATED. DO NOT THINK IT IS IN FUSE/RELAY BOX UNDERHOOD, UNLESS IT HAS ANOTHER NAME
