1998 Toyota Avalon On March 29 2011 Had Front Rear Motors Mounts Replaced

On March 29, 2011 I had front and rear motors mounts replaced. 16,692 miles later, they need to be replaced again. This does not seem right. I don't go 4-wheeling or drive on bad roads.

all are bad??? what did they replace and what has failed again??
