my oil has turned white

when the jeep was started in the morning the fan belt broke because the fan froze in our reacent sub zero temperatures the jeep was then driven for a few miles and then back to my shead where i put on a new fan belt.i then checked the oil but it had turned white

You better check for a blown head gasket.
