After cleaning the IAC, what are your present issues?
You need not follow the troubleshooting to the dot. You stop when the problem is resolved.

You don't seem to be doing things correctly and instead of solving one problem, you created another.

P0510 is a fault with the TPS.

When cold the idle rpm would be high due to the cold start system.

Im wondering if this idle problem could be a timeing issue? I did try timeing it with lite and it is off the proper mark of 4-6 degrees, I copied this from suzuki forum

Default
When your valves are timed properly, your compression should be in the area of 190psi on all cylinders. So timing is off. As Rhino says, check the crank keyway to see if it is sheared (although crankbolt torque - which should be 94 ft/lbs, was normally not an issue after 1996). Timing belt is timed to cylinder #4 firing, with the crank key at 12:00 and the cam key at 6:00. Then ignition timing is set to cylinder #1 firing. Check your timing.

I will look at that too, I also found that my throttle cable is touchy, meaning that when I move it the idle gos up and wont come down untill I push the throttle back down, so it is getting replaced

Sounds like your working all the bugs out that would explain a high idle. Keep me posted on what you find.
