Temperture Problem

1998 Suzuki Baleno, resent i discovered that the temperature is rising when climbing a hill and return to normal as soon as i descend or on level i change the radiator cap but it is the same problem.

Have you tried replacing the thermostat or flushing the cooling system? Also, have you noticed if the cooling fans are working?

Fan working for sure but done nothing to the situation yet.
