I have two electrical problems

1) When the headlights are turned on at night, the cruise control cuts out. Doesn't seem to be a fuse.
2) Sometimes when the car is started the radio won't turn on and then the wipers don't work. Turning off the car and restarting usually corrects the problem. Once again, checked the fuses, couldn't seem to find a bad one.

This is an interesting one. I would recommend starting with checking for bad or weak grounds. If they are all good, it sounds like there could be a short in the steering column.
