vehicle problem

hi i have a problem with my vehicle,its a manual when i put it on gear and release the clutch it doesn`t move unless i accelerate then it start to move but really slow.So please can you tell me what`s the problem is?And how can i fix it?CAR[forester,subaru 1998,manual 5 speed]

Sounds like you need a new clutch assembly -its slipping bad
