low brake pedal

Greetings. I have a problem Seat Cordoba 1998 I changed plates and brake pads and stretched a hand pulled air from the system and low pedal. I do not know what to do hope to help me. Thanks in advance.

Was the pedal low before the brake job?? It sounds like the rear shoes need adjusting
