My car won't start. The battery appears fine, the lights and buzzers and bells come on. It doesn't even turn over. If I wait a while, 10 to 20 minutes, it will start. It did it for 2 days, stopped and worked fine for two weeks and now it has done it again. Starter?

Sounds like a starter do you have a test light or multi meter to do some testing?
