For the back up lights you will see on the top of the shift tower the back up light switch unplug it.Then turn the key to the run position. Then put the transmission in reverse. Then jump the connector to the back up light switch. If the back up lights on then you have a bad back up light switch. Also see if the drivers side door lock switch spring is broken and the switch won't keep itself centered?

Check all the fuses I have seen a blown fuse do that also inspect the switch. Keep me posted on what you find.
