i have a 98 saturn sl, which fuel pumps are interchangable?

i am still having issues with my saturn sl. Something to do with the fuel... Ive changed the filter and numerous other things.....i went and got a fuel pump and its not exactly the same need to know which years are interchangable...

did you get complete assembly or just pump itself?

Get the exact OEM part fuel pump why are you interested of interchangeable-you should be able to get one for your year/model with no problem-bring it back where you got it

Just to add to this one did you get a new or used fuel pump?Why did you think you had a bad fuel pump?Did you check the actual fuel pressure?Havent seen a lot of the 1998 fuel pumps fail mostly the earlier saturn fuel pumps.What are your symptoms?The coolant temp sensor fails waymore often the fuel pumps do.Also when they go bad they over fuel your engine or under fuel it.Mostly over fuel it.
