1998 Saturn Sc2 Hello Having Electrical Sc2 Turn Key Get Click Device

Hello I am having a electrical issue with my 1998 Saturn sc2.I turn the key all I get is a click from an electrical device located in the passenger side fuse panel. Won't start lights work battery. Fine. Radio works please help thank you

Do you have a multi meter to do some testing?Sounds like a bad starter.
