How to take out and replace the radiator fan motor

The fan doesnt come on when its supposed to and car overheats

So you know you have a bad fan motor or are you guessing thats what it is?You could have a bad coolant temp sensor and or connector.

Yea, my fan wasn't kicking on and car would overheat if I was standing still. Check and see if the fan turns on when u turn the a/c. If it does, u most likely have a bad temp sensor. I just replaced mine today and it's working properly. $10 part

You have to also inspect the coolant temp sensor connector if the terminals are green or blue instead of silver then you will have to replace the connector also. Its really common for those coolant temp sensors to leak coolant into the connectors corroding them.
