i have just fited a new engine montins on a 1.6 8v 1998 renalt scinic now when you try and drive it it pops on the cv joint on the driveshaft on drivers side when trying to turn a corner. the drive shaft is in mint condishon and nothing apears to be wrong with the gear box whats going on

When problem occurs only on turns, it is most likely caused by the CV shafts. Recheck the CV shaft installation/seating position. Something could be loose or misaligned.

What makes you say the CV shaft is in mint condition?
