rough running

when the temp falls below 50, my 98 sunfire with a 2200 engine runs very rough. This is not affected by engine temp. A code reader showed a cam and crank sensor fault. l replaced both with no result. Once it gets up some speed it smooths out, but if l have to stop, getting it moving is a real chore.
