The instrument cluster in my car is functioning, by way of the fact that it tells you what speed you are going and how much gas you have, etc., but it is not lighting up. Some of it is lighting up, for instance when you turn the key over and the battery symbol, check engine symbol, and those sort of things are lighting up appropriately, but you are not able to read the panel while driving at night. Checked all the bulbs and they are good.
