1998 Pontiac Grand Am P0301 code showing

I have a 1998 Pontiac Grand Am GT 3.1 v-6 that is showing a PO301 reading that says a misfire in cylinder # 1.I have replaced wires,plugs,coils,ignition control module and even the fuel pressure regulator.I had a pressure checked done on the cylinders. After it runs for awhile you can hear the misfire.But when I push down on the pedal it sounds even.

Check wiring to the #1 plug. Check compression. Make sure the plug is properly seated. Check for vacuum leaks.
