I have a 98 trans am that I recently purchased for my wife. The heat and a/c don't work, but the blower work and air direction works as well. Any thoughts for troubleshooting? Thanks!

As far as the heater, are you saying you can't get any hot air? Are the heater hoses, hot? Does the engine reach normal operating temp? Usually 200 degrees F or better.
