van engine shakes

i have a 1998 plymouth voyager the engine started to shake it even shakes when u drive it but it smoothes uot when you hit 45 mph

Does it shake with a patern? Ie, every 1/4 second? if so, one of your cylinders is missing. You need to take it into a shop to see if it is ignition ,vacuum ,cylinder valve,cylinder pressure or fuel injection related.

i would ask when last tuneup was? also get codes read to see if it tells you anything.
