1998 Plymouth Voyager There Brake Fluid Leaking This Assembly Pictures

There is brake fluid leaking from this assembly (see pictures). It is located just ahead of the driver's side read wheel.
I don't know what it is or what it's purpose is.

It is a proportional valve regulates pressure from front dics brakes to rear shoes
