A rat chewed my inj wires and while repairing i forgot and left ignition switch on and battery went dead , after jumping van off the a/c and rear wiper indicator lights are flashing off and on what does this mean?

The HVAC Computer lost its memory and has to be reprogrammed. The procedure is in the service manual. If you don't have that I can try to find it for you.
