1998 Plymouth Voyager Heater Heats Fan Does Blow Heat Through Ducts This

The heater heats, but the fan does not blow heat through the ducts. When this started it would randlomly blow on and off. Now it wont work at all

Power the blower motor direct from the battery and see what happens-Let me know-we'll take it one step at time-meanwhile I'll prepare the wiring the diagram-What's the engine liter?
