I have a 1998 Plymouth Grand Voyager. I bought it from my parents a year ago. For quite a few years it sat mostly unused. The blinkers worked off and on for awhile and now they don't work at all. I'm thinking about replacing the turn signal flasher. Is there anything else I should consider? Where is the turn signal flasher located in the vehicle?

the owners manual for the dealer parts department can give you a location.
