I have a leak in the hose from the air filter to the block where the oil is added. Can I repair myself? If so, what is the part called? and What is the block the hose goes to? Thank you.

Based on your description, it sounds like a vacuum hose for the PCV. I recommend to remove it and take it to the parts store for size and have them cut you a new piece of hose.
