My AC blows, but it inly blows hot air, even when turned off. The heater works fine, but it is almost like I can't switch it off of the heater.

there are blend door actuators in your heater unit it may be they are out of calibration so do what pic says . However your a/c may be out of Freon as well which a pro should do a performance test on
