The engine cranks but won't start also none of the interior or exterior lights work. What could cause this?

The first time I had a problem the engine was running and when I turned on the lights the engine stalled and all the lights went out. Now the engine will crank but none of the lights will work. The battery has a full charge.

Check the fusible links, headlamp switch, and for no start -check fuel and spark
