1998 Peugeot 106 Diesel That Turns Over Won T Start Checked Fuses

i have a peugeot 106 diesel that turns over, but won't start.. I have checked the fuses that are ok, but the interior light blew prior to starting up and the stereo wires are exposed.. prior to this the car has been running fine. All ignition lights are working.

have you cheked all the spark plugs are good all you need do is take them out then look if there black at the bottom if so clean them with dry rag
