If the car sat on a jack putting the engine on a slant for 4 days in the cold, would this effect the cam bearings? like after day 4 the timing chain was fixed then attempted to start the car in this position could this cause the bearings out of the oil in the engine to seize?

It matters how much of a slant you have the car on. Also, if you are low on oil, it could have an affect on the engine not getting oil.
