Heater / Defrost Fan Isn't Working

The heater / defrost fan isn't working ... I tried checking the fuses (driver's side, passenger's side and under the hood). I couldn't determine which fuse was for the fan. Can you help?

Do you have a multi meter to do some testing?Also do you have auto climate control or manual one?

No ... I do not currently have a multi meter. I can pick one up if necessary though. The car has "auto" climate control.
