What Does It Mean When My Right Turning Signal Doesn't Flash But The Light Works?

Yesterday I Changed The Light Bulb And Cleaned The Socket, Especially The Metal Part and Now It Works, But My Turning Signal Light Comes On And The Blinker In The Inside Flashes Fast And All Of My Lights Work But My Right Turning One. What Is It?

so you say it dont blink outside at 1 light? what about 4 way flashers?

Yes, It's The Only Light. It Doesn't Do Anything But Light Up.
