how does the power steering pulley get removed

i am trying to remove the water pump and the pulley is blocking the last bolt

It would help to know what engine you are working on.

I see now there is only one engine option. You don't remove the pulley, you remove the whole pump. There are 3 10mm bolts that can be accessed through the holes in the pulley and the pump will slide out of the way.
