Steering Wheel Air Bag Removal

How do I remove the air bag from a 1998 (Olds Cutlass) steering wheel? I need to pull the wheel to fix the horn. I know to disable first, but couldn't find the releases for the pad on this model.

There are clips or screws on the rear of the steering wheel. Here is a guide that will show you how to remove an airbag
