I just installed a blower motor for my 1998 cutlass(the old one had leaves stuck inside it like a nest and was not turning very good)and now that I cleaned all the leaves out I could see, the new blower hardley puts out any air at all.It has 5 settings and on 5 it blows like it is on number 1 (lowest)but is spinning fast like it is supposed to.Just not blowing out hard of the vents !Any ideas?

There are a couple things that could cause this but since you found things in the blower motor, I suspect you have more in the ducts of the system.

Basically, we need to remove the blower motor and use a flexible tube and see if there is anything obstructing the vents.

Please see the info below on how to remove the blower. Let's run through this info and let me know what you find.

Thanks
