how do i replace ecm and does car have to get reprogrammed at the dealer or can i go through a relern process

evap purge valv solenoid code. replaced with after market and ac delco. other possibility ecm fault

Have you checked the wiring for the purge solenoid back to the computer for short/open-if its good then its coming from the ECM
