Ip brake light is coming on after I added brake fluid I noticed that the fluid was leaking out near the rear tire and pedel is going to floor car is stopping though I have to keep putting in break fluid just to have it leak right back out by the rear right tire

Most likely cause is a rusted steel line. Next is a leaking rubber hose, and last is a leaking wheel cylinder. There's a good chance the master cylinder will also need to be replaced. There's about an 80 percent chance it was damaged by pushing the brake pedal to the floor.
