I changed the starter to my car and when I turned it on it cranked right up...yippee problem solved. Then I realized I have no radio/left/right signals or ac/air. WTH?

Any help?

It's common for fuses to blow when reconnecting the battery, due to the current surge, and that is likely what happened here.

There's two places to look. There's a fuse box inside the vehicle and another under the hood.
