1998 Nissan Sentra Noticed That There Small Med Puddle Under Front Passenger

I have noticed that there is a small to med puddle under my front passenger side of what appears to be fluid from my radiator....My radiator still has fluid in it but my reservoir tank has been empty. Should I be replacing the tank?

no, get a pressure test to determine the leak. then you will know what to replace
