1998 Nissan Sentra I Have Noticed That There Is a Small to Med Puddle Under My Front

I have noticed that there is a small to med puddle under my front passenger side of what appears to be fluid from my radiator....My radiator still has fluid in it but my reservoir tank has been empty. Should I be replacing the tank?
