No injector power, ground on both sides of connector with key on. No pulse, 36psi fuel, has spark. What supplies power to the injectors?

Fuse in the fuse block. 12 volts key on power and the pcm grounds the circuit.

Ck'ed all fuses and relays, all good, scanned with solis, inj pulse wighth.2.85 and when cranking 62. Or 69. Broken wire?Ground on both sides of terminial.I have alldata and doesn't steer me anywhere. Been doing this over 30 years, Chrysler tech 15 of them. Baffled?Thanks for your help! John

Yes I used a logic probe. Ground on both sides. Also used a noid lite.
